Description
The Moravian landrace behind the first golden lager, malted again: lower extract than any modern cultivar and a rounder, honeyed malt flavor in exchange. For a Bohemian pilsner that is meant to taste of 1842 rather than of this year’s barley. Crisp publish no diastatic figure, so the one here is class-typical.
