Description
Pre-cooked maize flakes, and the highest-yielding thing in the Crisp range at 86.5 % dry basis — maize is nearly all starch and almost no protein, so the extract runs above what barley can reach. Thins the body and lifts the gravity at once, which is exactly what a pre-Prohibition lager or a light continental lager is after. No color is published; the figure here is class-typical.
