Description
The second of the four Crisp crystals, and the one most English bitters actually want: sweet caramel, a golden-amber hue, and enough of it at 5 % to read as malt rather than as sugar. Sold as Light Crystal (Crystal 150) in Britain and Crystal 60L in the States.
