Description
Medium-light crystal with a clean toffee sweetness and a copper tint. The standard 3-8 percent seasoning that turns a pale grist into an English bitter, and mild enough not to dominate at the top of the ten percent ceiling Crisp set. Sold as Extra Light Crystal (Crystal 100) in Britain and Crystal Light 45L in the States.
