Description
Everyday British ale malt from modern high-yielding barley varieties. Cleaner and a touch less characterful than Maris Otter but with more enzyme in reserve, which makes it the sensible base when the grist carries a lot of adjunct. Crisp publish no diastatic figure, so that one is class-typical.
