Description
An abbey strain rated to 13 % ABV, the strongest ceiling in the range, and dosed lighter than the rest at 40 g/hL. Spicy and fruity through the middle of its band and more emphatically so as it warms — a tripel and quadrupel yeast that will carry a dark strong too.
