Before you use it
A dropperful is the dose, not a vial: this bottle is roughly ten times the strength of the White Labs vial, so a recipe written for Brewzyme-D will overdose it by the same margin. Overdosing wastes enzyme rather than harming the beer. Keep it cold and do not freeze it.
Description
The same α-acetolactate decarboxylase as Brewzyme-D, in the concentrated dropper bottle most US homebrew shops carry: a 1 oz bottle is about thirty-five 20 L doses. Dosed at pitching it heads off diacetyl through fermentation, and a second dose at dry hop covers hop creep.
