Description
Munich-kilned wheat at 21-28 EBC and 83 % extract — the highest yield in the Castle range, because there is no husk in it. Body, foam and a bready depth in dark wheat beers at up to 30 %. Castle publish no diastatic figure, so it is treated as spent and the grist should convert it.
