Description
Six-row winter barley rather than the two-row spring barley of Pilsen 2RS: two points less extract, more husk and more protein, but 300 WK of enzyme against 250. Castle blend it up to half the grist with the two-row malt, which is exactly what six-row is for — converting adjuncts.
