Description
An heirloom rye off the mineral-rich Blacklands soil of Pamlico County, and it tastes nothing like the peppery rye brewers expect. Liquorice and dried fruit with a natural sweetness and a coffee-like richness underneath. Sticky in the lauter past a quarter of the grist.
