Description
The palest grade on the candi syrup scale, around 1 Lovibond: fully inverted sugars with no color worth measuring and only a faint honey or citrus note. Effectively the syrup form of clear candi sugar, and the usual choice for a tripel, saison or Belgian golden strong where the sugar is there to dry the beer out rather than darken it. About a quarter water, so near 34 points per pound.
