Description
The middle grade of Belgian candi syrup: dark caramel and toffee with mild dark fruit, fig and plum, well short of D-180's burnt-raisin intensity. The usual choice for a dubbel or Belgian dark strong where D-45 reads too light and D-180 too heavy, and still fully fermentable.
