Description
Brown rice pre-cooked and rolled, the mildest thing in the Briess flake range and the lowest-yielding: 65 % extract at 7 % moisture, published. Briess ask for a slightly cooler conversion and fifteen extra minutes to get the yield out of it. Up to 40 % dries and lightens a pale lager while leaving barely a flavor of its own, a faint nuttiness aside.
