Description
Briess's dark liquid extract, brewed from a grist of 54 % Bonlander Munich Malt 10L, 30 % base malt, 13 % Caramel Malt 60L and 3 % Black Malt at 79 % solids. Sweet and intensely malty with real roast and caramel depth, for red ales, bocks, doppelbocks and brown ales built entirely or partly from extract.
