Description
Briess's lightest liquid extract, made from 99 % Pilsen malt and 1 % Carapils, at 79 % solids so a pound gives roughly 36 points. Produces a crisp, very pale wort with only a subtle malt flavor — the extract to reach for when color has to stay out of the way.
