Description
The hulless-barley sibling of Midnight Wheat, and the one to reach for when the grist should stay barley: deep color, a trace of mild roast, none of the acrid edge. It takes a heavier hand than the wheat version, up to ten percent, before the roast starts to speak. Extract is typical of the class; Briess prints only moisture and color.
