Description
Briess's standard black malt, and the husked one: sharper and more astringent than their debittered Blackprinz at the same 500 Lovibond, which is the whole reason both exist. One or two percent sets a stout's color. Briess publish moisture and color for it and no extract, so the yield here is class-typical.
