Description
Twice the color of the 10 L Munich and a good deal more of the flavor: deep golden, intensely malty, and still carrying enough diastatic power to convert itself. Five to ten percent lifts the malt in anything; Briess will take it to half the grist in a bock, where exaggerated maltiness is the point.
