Description

The Yorkshire square strain, and it behaves like one: a high-mineral wort, a good rocky head, moderate esters and enough sulfur to notice. It returns the strongest POF result Brewlab record, though their own tasting note calls the phenolics light. Flocculation and sedimentation are both middling. Attenuation is class-typical, not published; the 15–23 °C band is Brewlab's own.
