Description
Bootleg's first banked culture and still their flagship lager: extremely dry, clean in the low teens °C and faintly citric if you push it toward 20 °C. Sulfur during primary blows off in a couple of weeks; attenuation this high leaves very little body, so mash warm if you need it.
