Description
Texas-grown hard red winter wheat kilned cool to keep the enzymes alive, and at 168 °Lintner it out-converts every barley they made. Pale sweet wort with a Grape-Nuts cereal note and a distinct earthiness; foam, body and diastatic backup to 80 % of the grist. Rice hulls at the top of that range.
