Description
Floor-malted and pushed as far into under-modification as they dared, for the palest wort in the house at 1.5 °L. A decoction malt and only a decoction malt: the enzyme is all there at 142 °Lintner, but an infusion mash will not unlock it. The lager base for brewers who read a certificate of analysis.
