Description
Built for the brewers who could not run a stepped mash for the two under-modified pilsners: low color at 1.8–2.0 °L and 135 °Lintner behind it, so it converts on a single infusion. Clean and neutral with a pronounced grain sweetness, and enzyme to spare for adjunct, light lager and distilling mashes.
