Description
Their first pilsner recipe, from under-modified two-row at 1.6–1.8 °L: raw grain and grass over a clean malt backbone and a mild sweetness. Closer to a European pilsner malt than an American one, and it wants a stepped mash — a single infusion leaves half of it behind.
