Description
The malt the malthouse opened with, kilned longer and hotter than their pilsners to 3.8–4.0 °L: peanut-butter biscuit, a moderate cereal sweetness and a bready earthiness. Fully self-converting, so it will carry a SMaSH pale ale, an APA or an English bitter on its own.
