Description
Six months of kiln work and a steaming step, and a gold medal at the 2020 Malt Cup for it. High-dried and melanoidin-rich off high-nitrogen Texas two-row: rich malt and light toast at 10 °L, for amber, märzen, bock and brown, or a few percent to give a pale beer color and body.
