Description
Over-modified high-nitrogen two-row, stewed part-way in the kiln and then dried, which leaves it 95 °Lintner and still able to turn a wort ruby: candy apple, honey graham cracker and a note of cinnamon over a heavy mouthfeel. An amber malt that converts itself, for ambers, Vienna lager and brown ale.
