Before you use it
Dose into the beer, not the other way round, and mix with the gentlest possible stir — vigorous agitation both oxidizes the beer and breaks the flocs. Shake the bottle before measuring; the sol settles in storage.
Description
A ready-to-use silicic acid sol that drops yeast and protein haze out in a day or two without heating or blooming. Vegan, works at cellar as well as crash temperatures, and leaves an unusually compact sediment.
