Description
Kilned to 8-10 EBC and still holding 145 WK, so it converts itself — but Bairds put the inclusion rate at 10-15 % rather than the whole grist a continental Vienna would claim, and that is the ceiling here. Golden to orange, with a sweet wort behind it.
