Description
A lager malt in the English manner, kilned to 3-4.5 EBC and holding 245 WK, with a malty, honeyed wort rather than the flat neutrality a continental pilsner malt aims at. Its page prints extract twice and the two disagree — 70 % in the EBC column against 80.8 % in the ASBC one — and the higher figure is the only one a lager malt could meet.
