Description

A Cologne Kölsch strain that ferments cool and finishes dry and clean, with only a whisper of pear, apple and citrus and next to no diacetyl. Made for Kölsch and Alt, but its cool floor around 13 °C also makes it a workable warm-fermented pseudo-lager yeast.
