Description
Terpene extracts sold by flavor profile rather than by variety, dosed at about 2.5 mL per 5-gallon batch anywhere on the cold side — fermenter, keg, even the finished glass. Worth knowing what it is: the profiles are assembled from individual terpene isolates to match a hop, rather than pressed out of one, so this is hop-flavored rather than hop-derived. No alpha acid and no bitterness.
